Frequently Asked Questions

  • Physical therapy evaluations are sixty minutes. Subsequent treatment and wellness sessions are an hour long.

    Dry needling sessions are a minimum of thirty minutes.

  • I practice within homes and local gyms in a 10 mile radius of downtown Grand Rapids. Further may involve an extra fee.

    One day I hope to have an overhead space to help clients!

  • Only cash pay is accepted at this time. It is my pleasure to provide you with undivided attention and treatment without barriers that insurance forces the average clinical therapist to practice within.

    Upon request, you will be given an itemized receipt you can turn in to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-pocket physical therapy benefits. HSA cards are accepted.

  • If you have Medicare or Medicaid, you can only participate in "wellness" visits and not "rehabilitative" sessions. Please let Dr. Erica know if this applies to you so we can discuss options!
