For those with the occasional ache to persistent symptoms, or those who are recovering from injury or surgery.

Dry needling can help you feel better, move easier, heal faster.

Dry needling uses a thin, monofilimant, non-injectate needle to alleviate pains, aches, discomfort, improve blood flow, improve healing, and reduce recovery times. The needle is advanced skillfully into tissues at the site in injury/pain or into surrounding, associated tissues.

Lasting pain relief.

Most clients have pain relief for 5-7 days post dry needling without electrical stimulation and 7-8 days with electrical stimulation. Most individuals find electrical stimulation calming and something to "focus on" while the needles are in place. It also helps refine the neurological input we are providing to the nervous system.

Yes! You still can receive this service!

In the first trimester, dry needling is not performed anywhere on the body. There have been no studies that link dry needling to miscarriage, but the rate of spontaneous miscarriage is high in the first trimester so it is considered a contraindication.

In the second and third trimester, the following areas are avoided: over the abdomen, in the pelvic floor, region of the around T12-1 spinal segments, and upper lumbar paraspinals.

Common pregnancy/postpartum concerns that can be helped:
